JANE ARGYLE-REED - LLB / BA
DIRECTOR
Jane received her primary and secondary education in Ashburton before attending Otago University where she studied law and history, graduating in 2004. Since then, Jane has worked in the Dunedin and Christchurch offices of a large South Island firm before joining Argyle Welsh Finnigan Limited.
Jane has wide experience in relationship property matters and has also developed a significant practice in employment law and Dispute Resolution.
Jane also has significant governance experience having been a Trustee of the Community Trust of Mid and South Canterbury from 2018 to 2022, as well as being Director of the Ashburton Community Alcohol and Drug Service Inc. including being Chair of the Board of Directors since 2020.
Jane and her husband Simon have an arable farming and contracting operation based in both the Selwyn and Mid Canterbury regions.
