THERE IS MORE TO TRANSACTING THE PURCHASE OF A HOME THAN MANY PEOPLE REALISE.
At the same time we know that moving home can be one of the most stressful times in your life. Our goal is to handle your property sale or purchase invisibly. Generally, the only time you will hear from us on settlement day is when we call you to tell you that the keys are ready to pick up. When you receive them, you will be able to do so knowing that everything has been done correctly, from reviewing the LIM and title to the property, to keeping your bank happy. All you have to do is move in.
NEGOTIATING A CONTRACTING OUT AGREEMENT, OR A SEPARATION AGREEMENT, DEMANDS SENSITIVITY AND TRUST.
It is intensely personal, and often emotional work. Helping a couple establish themselves in a stable long-term relationship is rewarding. On the other hand handling a client’s breakup is never pleasant, but we always endeavour to help our clients through this difficult time as quickly and smoothly as possible. We realise that in all such cases, our clients need our 100% support and they get it, regardless of how difficult or stressful the situation may be.
