Covid 19 update
Operating under COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light)
Argyle Welsh Finnigan are committed to doing everything we can to keep our staff, our clients, and visitors safe from COVID-19. We have carefully considered our staff’s concerns, as well our firm’s risk evaluation when preparing our policy.
With this in mind, effective December 3, we are implementing a new COVID-19 response policy which requires all of Argyle Welsh Finnigan’s staff, as well as all clients and other persons visiting our offices to be fully vaccinated. All visitors to either of our offices will also need to comply with all other COVID-19 health and safety measures.
In accordance with this policy, we ask that from 3 December you only visit our offices if you have been fully vaccinated with both doses of a Government approved COVID-19 vaccine (or an alternative as set out in Schedule 3 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021), and maintain that vaccination status through booster vaccinations as outlined by the Ministry of Health. All visitors will be required to provide evidence of satisfying this requirement.
Sufficient evidence of vaccination includes:
- A vaccination certificate; or
- A printout of your vaccination record from My covid record.
Alternatively, there is always the option to meet by Zoom or telephone if you prefer.
Similarly, we will also only allow our people to visit client premises, or attend offsite Argyle Welsh Finnigan events, if they are fully vaccinated. We are committed to strictly adhering to our clients’ vaccination policies and COVID-19 health and safety measures.
We are mindful that this is new territory for our country and that the Government guidelines are adapting and changing regularly as the situation regarding COVID-19 develops. We therefore need to be responsive to those changes and will continue to review our policy as the situation develops.
