DAVID WELSH BA LLB
David has been in practice since 1981, the last twenty three years of this period in Ashburton. David is experienced in rural and commercial transactions, trust law and has particular expertise in employment issues.

Janese Roche LLB / BCom
Janese graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2005 with an LLB / BCom and initially worked for a general practice firm in Christchurch. After 18 months overseas where she was based in Dublin and worked in the financial services sector, Janese returned to New Zealand and joined the firm.

Jane Argyle LLB / BA
After attending Ashburton College Jane studied law at the University of Otago and graduated in 2004 with an LLB/BA. Since graduating, Jane has worked in the Dunedin and Christchurch offices of Anderson Lloyd Lawyers.

Leandra Lambie Shaw
Leandra graduated from Otago University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Management). Leandra spent her first two and a half years at Cavell Leitch in Christchurch before moving south to work in Queenstown. In 2008 Leandra travelled overseas where she worked for a large English firm in Southampton. While in England she completed her English transfer exams to enable her to practice in the UK. She then returned to NZ in 2009, to run the branch office of a large rural firm in Gore.
Leandra works primarily in the areas of commercial, property and Trust law, with a particular interest in rural law.
